 Comenius is one of four sector programmes Lifelong Learning Programme, and is the continuation of Socrates. The aims of the project are:
- Developing the knowledge about the variety of cultures and European languages, and understanding their value.
- Encouraging young people to gain new skills and competences that are necessary in their future lives, jobs and active European citizenship.
- Promoting of cooperation and exchange in education and intensification of their European dimension.
